These terms govern use of the Futuregridpoint website and engagement of construction progress documentation visits offered by Futuregridpoint Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”). By using this site or confirming a visit, you accept these terms.

Services

We provide on-site and remote visual progress documentation for construction projects as described on our visit pages. Quotes, schedules, and deliverables are confirmed in writing before work begins. Informational rates on this site are not binding offers.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and our report templates remain our property. Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the delivered progress pack for project management and stakeholder reporting. You may not resell our templates as a standalone product.

Client responsibilities

You arrange lawful site access, induction, and PPE requirements. You warrant that photographs and notes we capture under your instruction do not breach confidentiality agreements you hold with third parties, or you obtain the necessary permissions.

Liability

Progress packs document observed conditions at the time of the visit. They are not structural certificates, quantity surveys, or safety audits. Our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where Thai law prohibits such limitation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangkok, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
