Figures below are starting points for Bangkok sites with standard daytime access. Complex towers, night shifts, or multi-tower campuses are quoted after a short scope call.

Deposits
Recurring weekly briefs require a first-month payment before the cycle starts. Single visits are invoiced after delivery unless materials or specialist access must be prepaid — we say so in the estimate.
