Built for the people who walk the floors before the meetings

Futuregridpoint Co., Ltd. is the registered business behind this practice. Established in 2016 in Bang Phlat, Bangkok, we began by accompanying site managers on pour-day walks and turning their notes into visual packs owners could trust.

In the early years we worked mainly on mid-rise residential frames along the Chao Phraya corridor. As fit-out programmes grew denser, site managers asked for the same discipline on MEP rough-in and practical completion. Today our field analysts document progress across Greater Bangkok, still treating the walk as the source of truth — not a distant dashboard.

How we work

We schedule around your induction windows, wear the PPE your site requires, and organise photographs in the order consultants actually inspect. Progress scores sit beside the programme line you already use; we do not invent a parallel language.

What we value

  • Evidence dated the same day the work moved
  • Captions that name floors, bays, and trades
  • Respect for site access rules and resident engineer protocols
  • Packs short enough to open in a crowded meeting room
