Futuregridpoint Co., Ltd. (“we”) is the data controller for personal information submitted through this website or collected while delivering progress visits in Thailand.

Data we collect

Enquiry forms may include your name, email, phone if provided, site district, preferred visit window, and message content. During visits we may record names of site contacts you introduce to us for coordination.

Purpose and retention

We use contact details to respond to enquiries, schedule visits, deliver packs, and manage invoicing. Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months. Project correspondence related to a paid engagement is retained for up to 7 years for accounting and dispute purposes, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

International transfers

Our primary operations and storage are in Thailand. If a processor outside Thailand is used (for example email infrastructure), we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.
