How a progress review moves from gate to brief
A look at the sequence our analysts follow on Bangkok sites so you know what to prepare before we arrive.
Before the visit
Share the current programme extract, a floor or zone plan with labels your team already uses, and the name of the person who can walk with us. Confirm induction timing and any zones where photography is restricted.
On the ground
- Check in at the gate, complete induction, and agree the walk route with the site manager.
- Mark active work fronts on the printed plan before the first photograph.
- Capture wide and detail frames in corridor or bay order, noting time and trade.
- Score each milestone line against the programme while still on site.
- Confirm open questions with the walking contact before leaving the compound.
After we leave
Within 48 hours for a standard Site Progress Review, you receive a dated pack: annotated frames, a milestone checklist, and a one-page visual summary suitable for owner or HQ reporting. Weekly briefs follow the same photographic discipline on a recurring cadence.
Sites we commonly cover
Central Bangkok towers, riverside residential frames, Silom and Bang Na fit-outs, and selected Greater Bangkok campuses where daytime access can be arranged. Night-shift documentation is available when the estimate accounts for it.
