Refund and reschedule policy

This policy applies to paid Site Progress Reviews, Weekly Progress Briefs, Milestone Snapshots, and Handover Visual Packs arranged with Futuregridpoint Co., Ltd.

Eligibility and timeframe

Full refunds are available if you cancel a confirmed single visit in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled gate time and no on-site work has begun. Requests made after the visit has started are assessed as partial refunds only.

Full versus partial refunds

If we have completed mobilisation (travel booked, induction prepared) but the walk has not begun, we may retain up to 30% of the visit fee. After photography has started, fees for time already spent are non-refundable; unused report drafting may be credited toward a rescheduled visit within 60 days.

Non-refundable items

  • First-month payment on an active Weekly Progress Brief once the first week’s pack has been delivered
  • Custom print indexes already produced for a handover pack
  • Third-party access fees paid on your behalf and itemised in the estimate

Process and timing

Email hello@futuregridpoint.click with your invoice number and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation, rescheduling, deposits, and no-shows

Reschedule with 48 hours’ notice at no extra charge once per booking. Later changes may incur a ฿1,500 administration fee. No-shows without notice forfeit the visit fee. Deposits on weekly briefs are applied to the first month; unused deposit portions follow the rules above if the cycle is cancelled before the first pack.

Work already started and materials

Draft packs in progress remain billable for analyst hours logged. Printed materials ordered at your request are non-refundable once the print vendor has started production.

Exceptions

Site closures ordered by authorities, or unsafe weather that prevents outdoor walks when indoor alternatives were not agreed, allow a free reschedule. We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with findings that accurately record incomplete work.
